I was tasked with developing AT&T's Home Management flow, and synthesize it with AT&T's current digital design standards. While driving the Driving the User Experience testing and analysis, my goals also included refining the digital design integration for efficiency and reduced clicks. Discovery phases included updating UI components, and gathering new proprietary self-install image assets for experience integration.
